Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for the package to arrive, depending on the destination. As soon as your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Always double check your items and shipping address information before checking out!

If you have any issues...

Please double check your addresses - especially the shipping address - before placing your order. It is very difficult for us to make any changes, once your order has been placed.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship orders within the United States and to Canada. We ship international orders via UPS Worldwide Services. Applicable duties and taxes are included with the shipping rate shown at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional fees due to your local mail carrier or government.

International transit time does not include processing time. Most orders should arrive within 7-10 business days of being shipped.

Lost or delayed package? 

Please note that once a package is shipped out, the final delivery status is no longer in our control and we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly, with the tracking number provided, in the event that your package is missing or stolen.
